Out of bed at 4 am - cup of tea then a trip across the Nile for our balloon ride. Fantastic views from balloon and reached 1800 ft. Saw ruins and temples and location of the Valley of Kings and Queens. On landing picked up with our guide and toured the Valley and Queens then the Valley of the Kings. Saw 3 tombs at each valley with various forms of decoration and size of chambers. The best for Neil was climbinh up approx 100 steps and down narrow passages and chambers.
Visted a alabaster factory before going back to our boat for departure to Edfu. Wonder ful just sitting relaxing on deck and enjoying the sites.
